Encourage content creation from your influencer. Ask them to upload photos/videos of themselves using your product. Make sure you share their posts, as well. Send out free products/free trials to your influencer. If they are please, they might mention you in a post!

Compensate Them! It could be financially, through shout outs, product discount, or even commission based! Anything to make them feel rewarded for talking good things about your brand.
